Team Structure
The project team is assembled according to the specific needs of each client engagement. Every project is assigned a dedicated Project Manager who serves as the single point of contact and coordinator for all communication between CNI and the client throughout the project life cycle.
The Project Manager is fully responsible for scheduling, progress tracking, and evaluation across all phases. The client similarly identifies a single point of reference to coordinate all technical and commercial matters for the duration of the project.
Client Collaboration
Prototype approval and structured feedback are obtained from the client at defined stages throughout development. This iterative review process ensures the solution remains aligned with the client's evolving requirements and expectations, and that no phase proceeds without formal client sign-off.
Quality Assurance
CNI carries out extensive quality checks to ensure that all deliverables meet our quality plans and procedures in strict accordance with ISO 9001 QMS guidelines. Our dedicated Software Quality Assurance (SQA) engineers are engaged throughout the development process, not only at the end.
Implementation & Post-Delivery Support
Our engineering team performs on-site implementation and thorough testing at the client facility. Following formal project delivery, CNI provides 90 days of customer support to assist with product deployment, issue resolution, and operator familiarisation — at no additional charge.
