What time zones do CNI professionals work in?
CNI operates primarily from Pakistan Standard Time (PKT, UTC+5). Our team in Islamabad is available during regular business hours (9am–6pm PKT). We also have a Resident Director in the UK who can facilitate communication during UK business hours (GMT/BST). For international clients, we can arrange flexible communication schedules to accommodate time zone differences.
How is it best to communicate with CNI?
You can reach us via email at info@cnisolutions.net for general inquiries, or directly contact our CEO (tariq@cnisolutions.net) or Resident Director, Qatar (zain@cnisolutions.net) for specific service inquiries. Phone communication is also available at +92 300 9770797 (Pakistan) and +44 208 0904 826 (UK). For project-specific communication, we typically set up dedicated channels such as email threads, video calls, or project management platforms.
Where are CNI's offices located?
Our primary headquarters is in Islamabad, Pakistan. We also have business associates in Karachi and Lahore covering the southern and central Pakistan markets. Internationally, we have a Resident Director based in the UK who handles business development in UK and Europe. This multi-location presence enables us to serve clients throughout Pakistan and internationally.
Can project work be delivered on-site at our location?
Yes. CNI can deploy consultants and engineers to client sites as needed. For installation, commissioning, training, and on-site consulting engagements, our team is available to travel within Pakistan and internationally. Site visits are typically planned as part of the project scope and included in the project agreement.
How often can I communicate with my project team?
Communication frequency is determined by the project requirements and agreed upon in the project plan. For most consulting engagements, we schedule regular progress updates (weekly or bi-weekly), supplemented by ad-hoc communication as needed. You can always reach your project point of contact directly via email or phone during working hours.
How do we start our engagement with CNI?
Getting started is straightforward. Contact us via the Contact Us page or email us directly. We'll schedule an initial discussion to understand your requirements. Following that, we prepare a proposal outlining the scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing. Once agreed, we formalize the engagement with a service agreement and kick off the project.
Do I need to provide a complete specification before CNI can start?
Not necessarily. We can work with you at any stage — from high-level concept to detailed requirements. If you have a clear specification, great; we can work directly from it. If your requirements are less defined, we offer requirements analysis and systems consulting services to help you define and refine your needs before development begins. Many successful projects start with just a business problem or objective.
What if I am dissatisfied with CNI's work?
Client satisfaction is our top priority. All our engagements include milestone reviews and sign-off points where you assess deliverables against agreed requirements. If any deliverable does not meet specifications, we will revise it at no additional cost. Our quality management processes (ISO QMS aligned) are designed to catch issues early and ensure deliverables meet your expectations. We encourage open, ongoing communication throughout any project.
Who owns the intellectual property for custom-developed software?
For custom development projects, all intellectual property rights for the final deliverable are transferred to the client upon full payment, as specified in the project agreement. CNI retains no ownership rights to custom-developed software or systems unless specifically agreed otherwise. Standard terms are clearly stated in our service agreements.
What is CNI's pricing policy?
Pricing depends on the nature of the engagement. We offer fixed-price project quotations for well-defined scopes, time-and-materials billing for consulting and flexible engagements, and retainer agreements for ongoing support relationships. We always aim to provide cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. Detailed pricing is provided in project proposals after an initial requirements discussion.
What are CNI's payment terms?
Payment terms are project-specific and stated in the project agreement. For larger projects, we typically structure payment in milestones aligned with key deliverables — an initial advance upon project commencement, payments at milestone completions, and a final payment upon project acceptance. This approach aligns our incentives with your satisfaction and ensures you receive value at each stage. We do not require full advance payment.
